The data

Your phone number, your profiles (name, maximum age of a kids profile), your signed-in devices, your plans and payments (amount, operator, status — never your mobile money PIN), your viewing history and your list.

To apply rights by country, we infer your country from your IP address and your operator. The IP address is not kept beyond technical logs.

Why

To provide the service (playback, resume, profiles), take payments, respect rights holders’ terms (countries, number of screens), fight fraud and measure playback quality.

For how long

Account data is kept as long as the account exists. Detailed playback logs are kept 30 days, then aggregated without identity. Payment data is kept as long as the law requires.

Where

Data is hosted on our own servers. We do not use the hosting services of the big American platforms. Payments go through a mobile money aggregator that only receives what the payment needs.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to some processing, by writing to aide@mycoris.sahelab.com. You may also contact your country’s data protection authority.
